Email Services
MyGradebook had integrated with Google App services which provides e-mail, document-sharing service, etc. and many additional features. Schools can easily sign in to their respective google-mail accounts and use according to their requirement. They will also be able to use Gmail and Google Docs from within the program. It provided individual email accounts to all eligible faculty, staff, and students. Some of the services are available by default and others services need to be opted by the user.
Google provides access to a suite of communication tools and collaboration tools for better communication between the school and the staff, teachers and parents, which includes Gmail also. It offers web-based word processor, spreadsheet programs, sharable calendars, chat, and more. For students account, 30 gigabytes of storage is been given, in an ad-free environment, while maintaining their domain email name.
